Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Love Nature Krabi Travel & Tours. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (“the customer”) and Love Nature Krabi Travel & Tours (“the company”) for all tours, activities, and private transfers we operate.
By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1
Advance Booking Requirement
All tours and transfers must be booked in advance to secure your spot. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received in full or as otherwise agreed in writing.
1.2
Payment Methods
We accept payment via:
- Secure online booking system (Stripe)
- Cash payments in person (by prior arrangement only)

Booking Confirmation
Once we receive your booking request and payment, you will receive an email confirmation with tour or transfer details, meeting points, and start times.
1.4
Failure to Pay
If payment is not completed within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without prior notice.
1.5
Customer Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking:
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled start time: full refund.
- Within 24 hours of the scheduled start time: no refund.
- Cut-off time is based on Thailand local time (GMT+7).
1.6
Changes to Itinerary
Itineraries may be altered due to weather, sea conditions, traffic, or other operational factors beyond our control.
1.7
Company Cancellations
In the event we must cancel your tour or transfer due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule (subject to availability)
2. Pricing and Inclusions
2.1
Prices
All prices are quoted in Thai Baht unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
2.2
Inclusions
The price includes only the services listed in the tour description (e.g., transportation, meals, entrance fees, guide services).
2.3
Exclusions
The price does not cover personal expenses, travel insurance, optional activities, or items not specified in the itinerary.
3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1
Fitness and Health
You are responsible for assessing whether you are physically fit to participate in the booked activity. Please inform us in advance of any health conditions, mobility issues, or allergies.
3.2
Punctuality
Guests must arrive at the meeting point on time. We cannot provide refunds for missed tours or transfers due to late arrival.
3.3
Behavior
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or offensive to other guests, staff, or the environment.
3.4
Compliance with Instructions
For your safety, you must follow all instructions from our guides, drivers, and crew at all times.
4. Liability
4.1
Participation at Own Risk
All tours and activities are undertaken at your own risk. We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings, unless caused by our proven negligence.
4.2
Third-Party Services
Some services may be provided by third-party operators (e.g., ferries, national park authorities). We are not liable for their actions, delays, or changes in service.
4.3
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and loss of property.
4.4
No Liability for Non-Compliance
We will not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
5. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
5.1 You are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, such as passports, visas, and permits.
5.2 We are not responsible for costs or delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect travel documents.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather or sea conditions
- Natural disasters
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Public health emergencies
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thailand.
